Finally, I’ve decided to start adding my original data visualization work to the site.

I was very inspired by the research I did about human non-conscious influences on customer emotions. It was created for 360Connext, a customer experience consulting firm I freelance for.

Upcoming Customer Rage Infographic

I’m currently working on another infographic inspired by a recent study on customer rage. What really sets us off as customers? And in this enlightened age, why are more customers blowing their tops than ever before? There will also be some clues about how to cool things off.
